Ronnie Irani, first class cricketer and star broadcaster with talkSPORT Radio, became a professional cricketer for Lancashire aged 16. Having moved to Essex he progressed to become one of the county's all-time great players under the guidance of Keith Fletcher and Graham Gooch. Having been often overlooked, Ronnie finally won a place in the 2003 World Cup squad. Ronnie Irani now co-presents the breakfast show every morning with Alan Brazil on talkSPORT. He is married to his childhood sweetheart Lorraine and the pair have two daughters, Simone and Maria; not forgetting the dobermans, Eric and Zara.
