Synopsis
The Hershberg Diet is not about restriction and deprivation. It's the straightforward, commonsense way to enjoy food and keep weight off for good. No red lights, bad carbs or faddy meal plans, just fresh, delicious foods. This is the jump-start your body needs! The Hershberg Diet is based on scientific and mathematical principles. Because most people only recognise three macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates, and fat - the identification of the fourth macronutrient will change the way that you view food, eating and nutritional labels forever. Safe, healthy, enjoyable and sustainable for the long term, you'll notice results after the first week. Former athlete and fitness champion Dr Melissa Hershberg has complied the most effective diet you'll ever try, teaching key, yet often overlooked nutritional concepts, and how they can be simply incorporated into busy lifestyles. When you eat for weight loss and general health, her balanced, safe and delicious diet plan allows you to eat as much as you need to feel full - and still lose weight. The Hershberg Diet contains easy, inspiring recipes and menus, plus strategies to employ so that nothing's ever off the menu, including bread, desserts, wine and beer. Original, thought-provoking and backed by science, you'll never follow an extreme diet again!
