Crap Days Out

By Alex - 13-07-2012 Rating:
Gareth Rubin and Jon Parker have nothing but derision for the so-called 'attractions' that our tiny little island is crammed with. Coupled with typical British weather, there can only be one result: a crap day out. Thousands of Britons travel the length and breadth of our nation every year to visit sites and buildings that are deemed 'must see', yet (in the authors' opinions) such days out will only end in disappointment all round.

From the Isle of Wight Garlic Festival to Singles Night at Asda in Burnley and the UK Rock Paper Scissors Championships, Crap Days Out covers some of the most popular (and just plain strange) British tourist 'attractions' and offers a brutally honest opinion of what they really have to offer. An amusing, snarky read that makes you properly reconsider what makes a good day out.
